Now that we are into week 3 or 4 of sheltering in place, most of us are spending
more time than ever before with Netflix, Zoom, You Tube, or other TV and online
pursuits, in addition to our phones.
To help counteract the brain and body sludge and derangement from hours of
screens, I present my second homegrown yoga installment. This focuses particularly
on relieving upper back shoulder and neck stiffness—enjoy!
